40. And Finally, Home.
Share
On Sunday, I turned 40.
No big party.
No dramatic list of things I’ve accomplished.
Just a quiet, steady awareness that I’ve crossed a threshold—and this time, I’m crossing it as myself.
The journey to 40 wasn’t easy.
It was a shedding. A burning away of all the versions of me that were built for survival.
It was humbling, holy, and at times—painful.
But it was also the most honest year of my life.
Because for the first time, I stopped asking, “What do they need from me?”
And I started asking, “What do I need from myself?”
That question changed everything.
It became the seed of this brand.
Because Jaina & Jordan isn’t just a business.
It’s the offering that bloomed from my becoming.
It’s for the woman who’s been holding it together for everyone else and forgot what her own voice sounds like.
It’s for the man who’s tired of being strong but silent and is ready to lead from within.
It’s for anyone who has ever woken up and thought, there has to be more than this.
There is.
And it doesn’t come from achieving more or performing harder.
It comes from knowing yourself—deeply, unapologetically, and intimately.
Turning 40 reminded me of this:
True power isn’t loud.
It’s rooted.
It’s calm.
It’s clear.
It’s coming home.
Thank you for walking beside me.
Thank you for believing in this movement.
And if no one has told you lately—
You are not too much.
You are not behind.
You are not too late.
You are right on time.
Welcome home.
With love and deep gratitude,
Anita
